I thoroughly believe that all feedback is gold dust, especially the stuff that’s a bit hard to take. Equally, from time to time, we all need someone to say: “Yes, you’re getting this right.”.
You must know your purpose – understand exactly what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. Related to this is your customer: you can never do too much work on understanding and getting to know your customers.
Also, fundamentally important, is planning. I passionately believe that having a business plan forces you to focus on the important parts of your enterprise.The last piece of the puzzle is funding.
